Notice: On May 20,2006 because of the policies broken, the following are the consequential actions that have been taken.
Brenda Beenken has been suspended from the pits until September 1, 2006 and probation for the rest of the year. She can be a spectator only and is on probation for the 2006 race season.
Dustin Beenken has been suspended from the facility until August 1, 2006 and on probation for the rest of 2006. Zero Tolerance.
Dustin Kruse has been put on probation until July 1, 2006. Zero Tolerance
Jeremiah Postma has received a verbal warning for actions not becoming of a board member.
The board will enforce the policy stating "Only those motorized vehicles necessary to the operation of the event shall be operated in the pits. Operation of personal vehicles such as, golf carts, motorbikes, go peds, quads, or personal transportation devices in the pits is not allowed. Exceptions shall be made for handicapped persons."
The trailer policy has been changed to say "Anyone who makes a scene involving these policies will be told to leave the premises, including everyone or offending parties pitted within the same trailer"
The verbal abuse to the officials from the parents in the pit area will not be tolerated, and will be dealt with also.
The board wants this park and the events taking place here to be enjoyable for everyone.
