Demco Printing has always looked toward the future. In 1964 we began as an inplant printing operation for Dethmers Manufacturing Company, producing high quality agricultural products. Twenty-two years later we opened as a commercial printing company. Since 1987, our printing volume has increased ten times what it was when we first opened those doors.

Demco Printing is more than ordinary. Demco has developed a team of management and personnel that is knowledgeable, experienced, creative and really enjoys the challenges our business brings. With the precision equipment and the resources necessary to fulfill the highest requirements, Demco Printing can surpass the utmost expectations of quality and service in the printing industry.

Our customer service branch is always ready and accessible to fit your needs. We staff multiple employees to create estimates. These estimates are easily available to our customers as soon as possible through phone, fax or e-mail.

At Demco Printing we find our customers appreciate the close contact we know is important between the customer, their designer and our print shop. Our experience of working directly with the project designer provides Demco the means of completing customer projects both timely and expertly, and completely fulfilling their expectations. On time and on budget are a way of life for Demco Printing.

We are continually acquiring the education, information and equipment necessary to keep abreast of the latest technological advancements. Demco Printing's Pre-press department incorporates Agfa's Apogee PDF workflow, using an Agfa Tapian RIP that is Adobe PostScript 3 compliant and offers in-RIP trapping. At the heart of the system is Apogee PrintDrive which receives data from the RIP and drives the Galileo Thermal Platesetter for direct to plate output. The Apogee system runs under Windows NT. This department implements both the Macintosh and the Windows platforms and has access to most industry standard programs and media.

Tech Advantages:
Heidelberg M-Offset Press The Heidelberg MO printing press is a high quality offset press with a sheetsize of 19x25.5". It has capabilities of up to six colors and in-line aqueous coating. The MO incorporates fully digitized control, monitoring and diagnosis technology.

Didde XL 900 Press The Didde XL 900 is a half web press designed to produce quality, full bleed, eight page publication signatures. Eight units allow for full color on both sides with auto registraation, in-line perforation and folding. It prints on a 17.5x 23" sheetsize and handles a wide range of paper stock.

Heidelberg QMDI Press The Heidelberg QMDI Press is a direct imaging press that is ideal for the short-run, process color job. It producesss quality results directly from digital desktop documents with an imaging area of 17.75x12". An integrated RIP, revolutionary replating system, and a lazer-based imaging system make the press ideal for on-demand digital printing.

CristalRasterª (Stochastic screening) Stochastic screening is an alternate screening method that eliminates the moir artifact and rosette formations produced in conventional screening. With the use of stochastic screening, high detailed reproduction, which creates the appearance of continuous tone or photographic quality, is easily achieved.

Epson Stylus¨ Pro 9000 (6-Color Printer) The EPSON Stylus¨ Pro 9000 nate screening method that eliminates the moir artifact and rosette formations produced in is the ultimate wide-format color ink jet printer. With resolutions up to 1440 dpi, the printer gives you true color reproduction. Support for two 44-inch media rolls and cut sheets up to 1.5 mm thick makes it possible to print on a variety of media. Greaat for your large format color prints.

Heidelberg Tango Drum Scanner High quality color scans and redigitization at a competitve price. Demco uses the Heidelberg Tango Drum scanner with 3 optimized special lenses and 3 highly sensitive photo multipliers, all concentrated on a single image point. In conjunction with the powerful halogen lighting, details can be resolved in exceptional clarity even in the darkest section of the image.
